RateShip is a mulit-carrier online based shipping application that seamlessly integrates with your existing business systems.

What is RateShip Ready?

RateShip Ready is a discount shipping solution for small to medium sized companies.
We work together with some of the major couriersand based on our customers combined volumes the result is significant volume discounts that are passed onto the customer.
There are no minimum obligations you have to meet in order to receive your discounted rates.

How do I get started?

To get started all you need is a computer and an internet connection. Simply login to RateShip.net and create an account in a matter of minutes.

What does it cost?

RateShip offers monthly plans which are under the Pricing tab on the RateShip.net webpage.
For RateShip Ready the only cost is the per usage charge on each shipment.
Integration fees may apply and are on a per customer basis.

Are there any set up fees?

There are no set up fees to create an account and start using the RateShip monthly plan or RateShip Ready but there may be integration fees that vary between customers. Ask a Sales Representative today for more details.

Is there a contract required?

There is no contract to start up or use RateShip or RateShip Ready.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There are no cancellation fees with RateShip or RateShip Ready.

Will I still get my carrier discounts our company already has in place with RateShip ?

Yes when you enter an order your preferred shipping rates automatically populate along with the other RateShip and or RateShip Ready price options that download for that particular shipment.

What carriers are supported?

All major carriers in Canada and the USA are supported as well as LTL companies.

How will I get billed?

For the RateShip monthly plan we charge your credit card each month. For the RateShip Ready plan we charge your credit card per day on the shipments placed. You only pay only for your actual usage.

Can I track my shipments?

Yes, tracking information can be seen from the RateShip site under your account. You can also link directly to the carrier websites from this location to track the progress of the shipment.

Can I print my own labels?

Yes labels can be printed as long as you have a thermal label printer.

Can RateShip and RateShip Ready be integrated into my shopping cart system?

Yes they can be integrated into all systems.
